Parents should not tie their children to their own lifestyles through their money or even their value systems. As children grow up, they should be exposed to an array of different cultural and social norms to learn that the world is not one homogeneous culture. Young people should be well-traveled to see the rest of the world as it is, good and bad. They should have the basis of experience to make up their own minds about life as a whole.
